all area machine sanding with 100 grit sanding paper
to remove peeling and oxidized old paint, especially on window frames, contract filler cracks repairing
house washing to remove sanding dust
partial priming (1StepPrep Dulux primer, with extra sanding and priming
two coats of paint: a. bargeboard and under eave: Weathershield low sheen b. weatherboard: Weathershield low sheen c. doors, window frames: Aquanamel semi-gloss
