We are looking for a new painters in our fasting growing painting business in South Auckland:

• Experienced in painting, ideally more from a technical perspective. We have plenty of business leads so you do not need to work too much on the sales and marketing parts.
• Knows council regulations, consents, approvals, able to communicated well with council officials, designers, engineers, contractors and workers.
• Can do paper work, can use email, excel, can keep documents well organised.
• Willing to learn new things, willing to try different ways to solve a problem.
• Can talk to customer, nice personality.
• Able to manage and lead construction crews.
• Able to handle multiple projects.

The cooperation form could be flexible: you can act as consultant to us, work as project to project sub-contractor, or any creative formats you can image. After a few projects we can consider to invite you to join as shareholder partnership.

In November 2015 we are working on the following projects:

1. a 500+sqm factory-office renovation painting

2. 12 units (2800sqm) new house painting

3. 3 x 110sqm rental houses in helensville 

4. new house painting valaued at $200k 900sqm epsom.

5. albany lifestyle 480spm new house painting

There are more new project leads to come, DAILY! Please be prepared that you are not joining in a traditional painting company, we are trying to play some thing new.
